Step 1: Submit Your Application
Applying online is the fastest and easiest way to submit the required information. You may also print and fax/mail an application (pdf)*.
Please note that iQ Academy is a Virtual School located in the School District of Waukesha. You will need to indicate this on the enrollment application.
*All online applications must be submitted by 4:00pm on Friday, February 19th. Paper applications must be received in our office by this date as well. If you print an enrollment application, hand delivery is recommended.

After the open enrollment period, an academic advisor will contact you to help you select your courses.
